Nuestra producción propia en el emplazamiento de Herdecke hace posible que podamos suministrarle los productos ofertados con un máximo de calidad y cumplimiento de plazos. A tal efecto se renueva y amplía constantemente nuestro parque de maquinaria, para poder fabricar siempre conforme al estado actual de la técnica.

Juntas giratorias para tuberías

Las juntas giratorias para tuberías de ATN son elementos giratorios guiados por corona de orientación con un canal de fluidos para garantizar el transporte seguro de líquidos y gases. Las juntas giratorias para tuberías de ATN se realizan con 1 o 2 coronas de orientación, posibilitando un movimiento oscilante y una rotación de 360° sin dificultad, con una solicitación externa simultánea por fuerzas y pares. Las juntas giratorias para tuberías de ATN se fabrican de manera estándar en acero C (St52-3, 42CrMo4) y acero inoxidable (1.4571), así como en aluminio. Disponibles en todo momento bajo demanda otros tipos de acero inoxidable (1.4301, 1.4404) y materiales tales como dúplex, superdúplex y Hastelloy.

Como juntas de proceso se utilizan retenes labiales de PTFE de acción axial, pretensados mediante resortes de acero inoxidable. Para aplicaciones particulares se utilizan compuestos especiales (p. ej., FDA en el ámbito alimentario y de la higiene). Todas las juntas pueden ser sustituidas con suma facilidad y se hallan disponibles en almacén como juego de obturación.

El principio modular y 8 diseños básicos hacen posibles de forma sencilla todos los movimientos espaciales y parámetros de conexión.

 

Todas las juntas giratorias para tuberías de ATN se fabrican enteramente en nuestra planta de Herdecke hasta un diámetro nominal de DN1200 (48“). Se hallan disponibles directamente en almacén un gran número de tipos, modelos soldados suministrables a corto plazo.
